The IDC Maintenance & Operation Service Manager, (IDC M&O SERVICE Manager) is responsible for ensuring that the overall management of the Data Center portfolio. This involves oversight of the Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:

-	Oversee operation support that includes the entire IT infrastructure within the Data Center in 24x7 environment.
-	Ensuring resource availability & scheduling of onsite team for 24x7 coverage including the critical situations across different sites.
-	Customer support responsibilities which include customers relations, responding to customer inquiries and coordinating with other organizations.
-	Work with customer and other department managers to provide input to team vision and strategic road map for all Data Center related projects.
-	Plan, implement, and conduct training programs for onboarding new engineers.
-	Manage SLA reporting for all work order and change request in a complex data center environment to reduce risk and utilize safe times for repair and change.
-	Coordinate with vendors and providers to resolve any incident during emergency situation. This may require to physically be dispatched on to site to investigate and resolve the issue.
-	Reviewing incident reports, documenting periodic trend summaries, and providing updates and recommended actions to management.
-	Responsible for following compliance requirements and enforce Security Best Practices to all team members.
-	Schedule and participate in daily and weekly review meetings.
-	Administrative duties include scheduling employee shifts, planning for capacity changes, maintaining corporate databases, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications
-	2+ years of leading teams of individuals across multiple locations in 24x7 operations.
-	Bachelor's degree in an engineering, electrical or mechanical discipline or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
-	Data Center experience.
-	2+ years of managing a team of technical professionals.
-	2+ years of experience working in data centers with an emphasis on building and equipment operation.
-	Understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations such as: feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, chillers, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC units.
-	Must be fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
