We are looking for full time Data Center technicians who are positive, motivated, reliable, open to constructive feedback, able to take directions, and willing to follow our procedures. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours (30-40 hours per week) with occasional evenings and weekends. You will be trained on all necessary duties before your first assignment.

Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure. Ensure that all work performed within the space is done to high quality and without impact to internal/external customers.
Engage in improvement projects, often requiring reaching out to a variety of support teams and drive them from conception to completion.
Coordinates daily with a multitude of third-party vendors ensuring adherence to contracted SLAs.
Routinely operate as the afterhours on-call Data Center Facility Manager for the data centers in the region. This will include responding to any issues within the data centers and managing the investigation, mitigation, and recovery of the issue(s).
Participate in or lead complex troubleshooting and resolve critical or escalated technical issues.
Test and troubleshoot new server hardware components and designs.
Configure and troubleshoot Windows-related issues on servers.

High school diploma, IT related work experience.
Understanding of the electrical involved in critical data center operations such as: feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) units, Power Distribution Units (PDUs).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required for illustrating technical/complex engineering concepts.
